This is a tomato-based dish with red wine. I have half a bottle of red wine left and during this phase 2 heightened alert, it is wonderful to cook this dish for 2 meals of 3 pax. As I do not eat beef, I replace the beef cheek with pork shoulders

Easy Treasure Pot

Blue Pea Flower Juice

Here is another natural food colouring extracted from blue pea flower. Soaked it in hot water and the colour come out naturally.  I love the deep blue hue of this flower.
