I had this dish in a Korean restaurant and I love it. They had cheesy omelette but I didn’t cook it for this time. The waitress was so kind to give me tips on how to cook the dish. I was surprised that my son had 2 servings of rice and finished up pork dish.

Gordon Ramsay’s Slow Roasted Pork Belly
I cooked this dish during circuit breaker. I wanted to cook pork belly and was surfing the net. I followed Gordon Ramsay’s video with some variations. The dish was fantastic as the skin is crispy and the meat is tender. Awesome dish that can impress anyone easily. I upped the heat too much at the last minute. Should have followed Ramsay’s instructions about the oven heat, otherwise it’s perfect.

It turns out to be quite good. I get the recipe from Mki’s Food Archives ( http://dingoozatfood.blogspot.sg/2016/07/steamed-bbq-pork-bun-aka-char-siew-pao.html).
