Pineapple Tarts

Chinese New Year is approaching. I read so many post in Singapore Home Cooks that the members are baking their own pineapple tarts for this festive season. I was truly impressed that they are able to bake it so easily. Every year I had to spend at least $40 on pineapple tarts and to queue up at least half an hour to get it. After reading these online post, I decided to follow two food bloggers for their recipes. One is for the pastry by NasiLemakLover for her enclosed version and for the pineapple jam fillings I took reference from Catherine’s Cooking, with a little twist.
