Oven-baked Curry Chicken with truffle mashed potato

I mail to Jacqueline a box of Singapore Curry. She baked the chicken in the curry instead of cooking over the stove. I find that’s an interesting way of cooking. I try this method of baking curry chicken and turns out to be an ultimate favourite dish for my family. I use the Prima Taste Singapore Curry chicken premix and it’s so easy to cook it.

Cheese-baked Curry Rice

This is one of my son’s favourite dish because he loves curry and it’s not spicy. I used the Vermont Japanese curry sauce mix as it is sweeter than the Golden brand. I love to bake or cook one dish meal because it is so convenient to make and I can add whatever ingredients I like.

Baked Cheese Vermont Curry

My husband and son love curry but cannot take too spicy food. So I use Vermont Japanese Curry sauce in my curry recipe. It is a very mild but tasty curry sauce, with a touch of apple and honey. After cooking the curry food, I sprinkle lots of cheese on it and bake the curry. This is a wonderful dish for both children and adults.
