I bought a box of king prawns and was thinking what to cook with. Son was coming back this weekend and he wanted some home cooked food. The result was astounding great and both husband and son love it.
After successfully trying out Gordon Ramsay’s slow roasted pork belly, I explore his other recipes. I just bought from Song’s Fish market 2 frozen cooked lobsters for S$29 and I was looking for a good recipe. I found GR’s YouTube which was what I was looking for. Instead of grilling the lobster, I baked the lobsters. I used my remaining spaghetti instead of linguine.
My French friend Jacqueline introduced me to cook turmeric couscous. I found a similar packet from France in Cold Storage supermarket. I have some french saucisson to add to this dish, compliment from Jacqueline. I found some recipes for paella to cook this couscous dish.
